The artistic representation of people goes back thousands of years. Whether rendered with a paint brush or a camera, we are fascinated by images of people. Be they from exotic lands or around the corner, we are attracted to the human form and the expressiveness of our faces.
Opening January 19th and running through February 13th, Local Colors of Utah Art Gallery will feature the portait paintings of Catherine Darling Hostetter and travel photography images of people from Laos, Burma, India and Cambodia by Jeff Clay.
Reception on Jan. 19th from 6-9pm
